I have never ridden on a tour bus, but once when I was playing in The Streetwalkin' Cheetahs, our van broke down at the side of a highway about 40 miles outside Cleveland in a blinding snowstorm. We called a tow-truck to pick up the van, but only two of us could ride in the truck, so I had to call my best friend Keith to come pick up the other two. Keith owned a Mazda Miata at the time. Let's just say it was a very uncomfortable ride.
